Account Security
- It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential.
- You may not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
- We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.
Warning: Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including cok444 support staff. Our representatives will never ask for your password.
The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on cok444. These Terms and Conditions apply to all types of bets.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
- Cok444 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
- If the odds change before a match begins, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
- If a match contains incorrect information, the related bet will be considered void.
Match Cancellation & Results
- If a match is fully cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be refunded.
- In accumulator bets, any cancelled match selection is removed and the remaining selections stand.
- If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is abandoned, cok444's decision will be final.
- Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the result being announced.
Minimum & Maximum Bets
- Minimum bet amount is ৳50.
- Maximum bet amounts are determined by market and event.
- Cok444 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits for any member.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Participating in or facilitating match fixing
- Placing bets using insider information
- Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Exploiting multiple accounts to gain unfair betting advantages

Deposit
- Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- The name on any payment method must match the name on the account.
- Deposits made through a third party will be returned and the account may be subject to investigation.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Additional identity verification may be required for first-time or large withdrawals.
- Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Currency & Conversion
Cok444 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cok444 is not responsible for any differences in exchange rates if a transaction is made in a foreign currency.
Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please make sure all details are correct before submitting your request.

Welcome Bonus
- New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to a specified limit).
- To withdraw your bonus, you must wager a minimum of 8x the combined total of your original deposit and bonus amount.
- Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50.
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus must be met within 30 days of receiving it.
Regular Promotions & Offers
- Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets each carry their own terms.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Cok444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion or offer.
Bonus Abuse
If cok444 suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary. The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses
- Using family members' accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements
- Using or distributing fraudulent promotional codes

Balance & Refunds
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded. However, if you close your account voluntarily, your remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
Self-Initiated Account Closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
Once an account is closed, a new account cannot be opened using the same details. You must obtain support approval to create a new account.
